This allows you to easily adjust the force and flow rate of the shower depending on your water pressure. Federal codes require all showers sold in the US use no more than 2.5 gpm at 80 psi flowing. The lower your water pressure the lower your flow rate, so with Power Boost you can still get a good, enjoyable shower flow even if you have low water pressure.
